Have you ever had one of those days that you thought would never end. I did recently and thanks to the unethical acts of A-United Financial and "Harris Law Group" of Alhambra California, the week ended up the same way.
It reads like a bad novel with the villians from cartoons. A comedy of errors and lies, story changes and excuses. Over the next few weeks, I will post daily the ongoing actions and what is being done about this company. I realize that this seems like a lame blog, but I want to make sure anyone that ever gets any type of letter from anyone associated with this group, I will list names later in the blog, questions all actions they take or threaten. If you have dealing with them in the past, I would like to discuss what happened to me with you to see if it is the same thing, If we can find one time that they collected on a judgment that they did not own and that person will press charges, we can make sure this group has its day in court.
In this blog, I will put there exact words and make available copies of the letters to anyone that would like to read. I will not say that they scam everyone that they send letters to but it is my opinion, that the Harris Law Group and A-United Financial, attempted and failed to liberate over 60,000.00 based on their claim that they owned a judgement.
Over the next few days, you will see the problems that I had to deal with in dealing with this company. Hopefully you never have to deal with them.
If you are a creditor considering using this company, I would be very careful. They attempted to collect of a judgment that they did not own. The next time, they might do the same on a judgment that you owned and asked for some assistance on. In the issue surrounding me, the debt was resolved and they decided to try and collect on a 9 year old judgement without ever contacting the original creditor to see if they could purchase or assist in the collections.

I got a letter to collect the money from them. I trusted and paid them . I went to their office and paid. After they took my money for full paid , I couldn't call them . They didn't pick up the phone. I lost $7500 . Please tell me what should I do

ReplyDeleteAttorney Wendy H arris, her CA State Bar license is presently Inactive.
There is also a serious discrepancy with that attorney's signature, she can't have two. Looks like someone else is signing her name.
